If you're ever in SA and want a damn good philly, make your way over to Gino's!! Awesome people and delicious food!!! The bread they use is amazing and the perfect compliment to whatever's in it!

Huge shout out to Gino's Deli. My son was headed there on his bike to pick up a sandwich when he fell on Sunday and broke his arm. Still craving a cheesesteak (of course), I went up there tonight to get him one. When I told them the story, they hooked him up with a free meal. If you haven't been, you are missing out. Great food and owners that go out of their way to guarantee your satisfaction. Support this locally owned business if you're in the area!
Don't let the exterior of a convenience store fool you. The food here is delish. I've only had the Philly cheese steak, but it is hands down the best I've had. And get it fully loaded with the jalapenos. On top of that, I can't say I've had better service. Everyone here is really kind and genuinely appreciative of your business. They also swear that if you don't like the food, you don't pay for it. But trust me, the food is good and service stellar.
I'm from Houston and have been to San Antonio several times and yet to find a restaurant that is very friendly & welcoming such as this one. Also, YOU MUST try their Philly Cheese Steak. it's the best hands down.
I have eaten at 5 star restaurants down to the Dives. This restaurant by far comes close to a five star restaurant. They welcome you with open arms and their food is very delicious. Great atmosphere great food
Never disappoints! The food is delicious and the staff is always on point.
I've been going here for the last 10 years and the food NEVER disappoints. I especially love the barbacoa for breakfast on the weekends! Love these brothers! :) great place!
