Ginny was our realtor when we sold our Oak Forest home. We had started the process with a different realtor but switched when it stalled. Ginny and team jumped right in, got everything moving again. Our staged home looked great. Amazingly, it sold in less than 2 weeks! I realize this timeframe is very fortunate and not what everyone experiences, but to me it is worth mentioning as it does yet reflect on what Ginny and team did, how prepared they are, and how they helped us. We highly recommend Ginny and her team.

This is second time we have used Led Well Realty in the last 4 years. The first time in 2019 we used them when we purchased a house, this time we used them to sell our home. Ginny and her team know the market very well and their ability to get things done in a short amount of time is amazing! Our home went on the market and within 2 days we had an offer over asking price!

Home selling can be stressful and time consuming, but they have a lot of experience to help guide you through the process. They are incredibly responsive, follow through on what they say they will do and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
