Amazing service , super happy friendly staff. Regarding service nurse Dom was amazing. Will be going back again.
Reception is friendly and competent but don't book Dr Richard (Lisiate Afu) Taumoepeau. After interacting with him, you would find it difficult to believe that he is even a genuine qualified doctor due to his cluelessness and inefficiency! He was quite self-aggrandising during the appointment and made a multiple questionable remarks during my appointment that made me quite uncomfortable. Considering I've had great appointments in the past, this was a confusing and bizarre experience.
Disappointed after a dog attack to be sent by one of the doctors to the nurse for treatment, believing I would be called in, only to wait for 40 minutes before realising you have to take a ticket to be seen?? If that's the system being used it needs to made clear.
