There aren't words to describe Ginger (aka Auer Yanti). The place is dirty, unkept, and unmantained. And the lady who rents or owns this house, has severe mental health problems. I've been personally harassed by this woman. I spoke up to her about her behavior and actions, and because of doing so, she called the police on me for threatening her. I was threatened to be evicted from the day I moved in! I spent 3 weeks here being hounded for the rent early and for payment or I would be evicted! People have shown up claiming to have rented the house on air bnb! The lady parties all the time and treats her tenants and her house like a garbage can! The front and backyard are full of trash and the inside is absolutely disgusting! I will be moving out asap and I advise anyone else to stay away!!! Save your time and money!!!
