HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I rented a carnival canopy that would serve as the center of my event and the canopy was rusty and broken. I called the store at that time and waiting 25 minutes to speak to the manager. She asked me to take a picture and send it to them, which I did. When I returned the canopy to them, the manager said it didn't leave broken and she wasn't saying I broke it but I couldn't get my money back. Ms. Amber, before the canopy was loaded into your vehicle, it was taken out and assembled. Then it was folded back up and placed in your vehicle. Any issues with breakage happened after it was loaded into your vehicle. Instead of charging for the breakage that occurred, we did give you a partial store credit to attempt to satisfy you.
