I love love love this place I use them for all my party needs they always have everything I need with great cleanliness on all draping and materials
Absolutely, BY FAR some of the rudest and most incompetent people I’ve ever encountered. Thank GOD I realized it before putting down a deposit on a single thing. Then...after sharing my experience with a co-worker I come to find out they have a FB page. Imagine my sense of validation reading all these horrible reviews. Truly a miracle they haven’t closed. Very unprofessional and RUDE!
**Update** I just received a phone call from the district manager, Mr. Davis. He was very understanding and corrected the issues. That is customer service! He went out of his way to fix this! This is how you should run a business! What a horrible experience. NEVER again and I'll will make sure anyone I know will never use this company. Manager has no empathy for grieving patrons. Complete A$$!
I should of listened to all the bad reviews!!!!! They were so rude on the phone over and over was left on hold 3 different times for 12-15 minutes!! Only reason we still got the items we needed is cause needed a specific item and they were the only ones that had it!! CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXISTS HERE!! No one knows what is going on, where anything is, have to wait to pick up for over 45 minutes, no one will get up off the chair to see what’s going on!!! So unprofessional and disorganized!!
