Love this Doctor! I have been to literally 100+ Doctors due to a myriad of conditions from genetic to acute. Dr. G either handles them or directs me to competent Doctors who can. My entire family goes to him, even my husband who after meeting Dr. G, doesn't mind the long wait. Yes, the main issue with this office is the long wait but as others have said, it is due to his attention to you. He feels like a good family member who listens and cares. Great Dr, horrible staff The Dr. is wonderful. Takes time to talk to you, explain things to you. I have been going to him for many years. One HUGE problem though is the staff. Judy is great, but the receptionists frequently take forever to get to you, they can be rude on the phone. The billing person has made multiple errors with my bill, saying I owe way more than I do, having to jump through hoops to prove I do not. Great doc.New staff. "Dr. G." is wonderful! I have noticed other reviewers have complained about his staff. First off, his staff has changed recently - he has new people and they seem really pleasant and friendly (and his wonderfully helpful medical assistant Judy is still there). Secondly, anything negative with his staff is cancelled out by the medical care the doctor delivers. Wonderful doctor! I think he's THE BEST! You do sometimes have to wait a long time to see him, but once you spend a few minutes with him, you see why you waited : he actually listens to you and never rushes through a visit. He's thoughtful, very thorough and obviously very knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend him and stress that he's worth the waits and any minor frustrations with his staff.
Gingerich Keith Md is good; staff is incompetent I agree with other reviewers: Dr. Gingerich is caring and gives you lots of time, but the staff is incompetent, and this ultimately leads to an unsatisfactory experience. Here's just the latest example: I recently moved out of state and then faxed a request for my medical records to be sent to my new physician. 2 weeks later they had not arrived. Gingerich Keith Md is caring, staff not so much. I have been a patient of Dr. Gingerich's for more than 15 years, and I don't think I'd ever find a more caring Dr. When he is treating you, you feel as though you are his only patient and he spends as much time with you as necessary. You never feel like he's rushing you out the door to see his next patient. Great Doctor but Office Staff is Unbearable I was looking for a new Dr. and went to Gingerich. He is a kind and careful listener and is very thorough. That being said, beware, because members of his office staff are rude, unhelpful and careless.
