Ms. Chandler held an open house which proved to be critical timing for the offer to buy our home and ultimately the sale of our home in a very timely way. Especially since we were also buying our new house over 800 miles away. Everything went smooth except one issue and she went over and beyond to make sure the issue was fixed prior to closing the house sale. She is very astute in verbology to negotiate with other realtors and the sellers/buyers. Her recommendations were spot on.
Ginger currently has a house listed for us. We have also sold and bought a house with her as our agent. She is very professional and knowledgeable.
