I have been wanting to try this place since it was new-and i LOVE Chinese food. A very extensive menu-lots of choices. We didn't have dim sum...but it looks delicious and fresh. Mom got shrimp and broccoli. Shrimp cooked to perfection, not over or under cooked. Broccoli vibrant green and tender-crisp. Lovely brown sauce-really wonderful. I had the opportunity to eat at the Ginger Bistrio on the 13th of this month Jean Le Boeuf has it right in most aspects except that the soup dumplings do hold up to New York and Bostons China Town standards. It is refreshing to finally have a Chinese Resturant that has the flavores of Hong Kong. There seem be be no others in the area that serve this style of cooking. The food and service were excellent! I can't wait to try more of the menu.
The food we had was great. Unfortunately we did experience some of the early open growing pains (no ducks left). The service was also going through a bit of learning curve, however, none of this will stop us from returning to enjoy what was a great meal. Recommendation: Call ahead and reserve your duck (owners suggestion). Welcome to Fort Myers, we are extremely happy to have you.
The dim sum was fresh and excellent. Can't wait to eat here again.
