I must be an asian food snob, must be because im asian. Peking duck was sold out ... at 7pm!?! So we ordered the papaya salad, roti canai, chicken pad thai and Mongolian beef. In all, something was missing in the seasoning and was bland. The pad thai was watery, Mongolian beef had a sweet taste to it, roti canai was greasy and papaya salad was off. So delicious!! Peking duck, dum sum app, Mongolian beef, and so many more amazing dishes!! Can't wait to go back again and again!
Great dim sum food, exactly what my Chinese husband grew up with. A personal favorite of mine, the custard tarts were the freshest and flakiest I've ever eaten. I also loved the traditional red envelope with a gift card that we received on Chinese New Year.

We love Ginger Bistro. All choices have been consistently delicious. Restaurant is clean, staff is friendly and service timely! Since we discovered GB, we enjoy their fare once a week! When guests are in town, we take them there and they rave! One of our favorite Fort Myers restaurants!
Never had better Chinese food, the staff is friendly.
Been there serval times always good.. had to wait to be seated a while ...but food was great....not enough water as the waitress was so very busy...otherwise all over great experience...will come back...
