I was extremely dissapointed to learn of the owner's racist and homophobic views. I won't be back because I have no desire to give my business to anyone who openly expresses such disgusting and harmful opinions.
I'm not interested in spending my money at a racist and homophobic shop. Myra needs to go... she doesn't understand how not to open her mouth to random customers and let the hatred spill... terrible practice.
Will NOT be shopping here after learning about blatant racist, xenophobic and homophobic views the owner, Myra, had no problem sharing with a customer in her store. There are plenty of other nurseries to spend my money in.
I was pretty sad to hear that a staff member at this nursery has racist and homophobic views they feel comfortable with sharing with customers. It’s too bad. I know many, myself included, who are both queer and of color and frequent Gindhart. What a disappointment.
Very sad learning that the owners are racist, homophobic, and judgmental. Will not be coming here.

This nursery is completely out of my way... but I’ll make the drive every time ! Not only do they have a huge selection to chose from... they have great prices aannnddd bird friends that like to chat with you while you’re picking out your new house plants ! I will forever be making the trip out to “grandma Myra’s” !!
