The wait is too long to get eyebrows done. The girl doing eyebrows is also doing nails and people getting nails done skip anyone waiting for eyebrows to be done. The eyebrow tech Tina is rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place. They obviously don’t care about the customers needs. Dint take your money there.
The customer service gets worse and worse they think they can talk to you any kind of way especially my kind. I will no longer be at Gina nails. Very busy but each time my services that I've received been great. The only thing I would like to see is having patrons wash their hands before getting nails done due to viruses and other germs that can transmit to others because of simply washing hands. Also, soaking nails before starting manicure process. Other than that, the techs are all nice .
I always go here and my nails stay on for a month
I really felt comfortable and relaxed getting my pedicure, they are reasonable and fast
