Since Gina retired- eyebrow clients are treated like second class citizens and left sitting FOR HOURS without an acknowledgement. What’s worse is Tina and staff allows those who have had pedicure and or nail service to cut the line ahead of those ONLY waiting for eyebrows!!!! This place is declining and has poor service.
The wait is too long to get eyebrows done. The girl doing eyebrows is also doing nails. People getting nails done skip anyone waiting for eyebrows to be done. The eyebrow tech Tina is rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place. They obviously don’t care about the customers needs. Don’t take your money there.
HI..I used to believe in giving people second chances so I went here a few times since ive been living in merrilliville over 6 years ago..The last time I was here I got a scratch on my face from the young lady doing my eyebrows did I go off no that not the type of person I am..I also still tip her after the big scratch on my nose..So months later like 3 months later I go trusting again and messed up my eyebrows had 1 short one long so why would you do that when I watched you do the young lady in front of me eyebrows perfectl... read more

The customer service gets worse and worse they think they can talk to you any kind of way especially my kind. I will no longer be at Gina nails.
