Wouldn't give them a Star I have very curly hair and instead of sayin in a polite way or look at my hair she said she wouldn't destroy her equipment on my nappy hair. Im mixed and just so unprofessional to say

I told her not to cut any length off and that was the first thing she did. I asked for noticable layers and shower her a pic, did not get what I wanted and my hair is an inch shorter. The layers are pretty much unnoticeable. Very disappointed.
