Gina helped me list and sell my house and I was very pleased with the experience. Especially helpful was her research of comparable properties in my area so that we could price correctly, and her taking care in staging and photographing my house once I moved out. I feel that she made appropriate recommendations for things that I should have fixed before we went on the market. I would highly recommend working with Gina.
