She was thorough, took her time, asked my teenage son questions then took the time to listen to his questions and concerns (my son is a chatty Cathy!). I’ve been to her with my son a few times and she has established a great Dr/Pt relationship with my son. I highly recommend her due to her professionalism and patience!
I have recently been to her Batavia office with an issue that didn’t get resolved. I walked out of her office with a “come back and see me again if your problem continues” well if the problem would’ve gotten taken care of in the first place why would I need to go back? $$$$$ to keep charging the insurance for unnecessary visits? I wouldn’t go back.
