Dr Bullock not only knew immediately what was causing my foot pain today but was also concise during a busy time at her practice. Some people may feel rushed, but I was happy to be in and out with all my needs attended to. What really struck me was her kindness and attention to the concerns of an older patient who immediately followed my appointment. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and personable.
I had a new Injury, an unconfirmed broken toe. Due to the issues with wildfires the smoke issues caused I was late. I traveled from Seattle and informed the front desk there was extreme traffic delays. Rather than the receiving any concern regarding my well being I was harshly scolded and told that I should have called. ?? I was driving in heavy traffic, huge back up. Friendly, genuine, compassionate, and an excellent surgeon. She takes time with her patient, listens, and do what's right for her patients.
Staff themselves not following Covid mask protocol and refuse to correct when requested. Wait for orthotics both times was many weeks longer than promised (not caused by Covid shut down). Orthotics made incorrectly twice, causing foot damage. Loud angry verballing insulting and physically aggressive office manager Amanda. No response at all when I contacted Dr. Bullock in writing regarding returning orthotics and issuing me a refund.
Dr. Gina Bullock is not only knowledgable she cares about the treatment needed. She did surgery 12 years ago and i was happy to go back to her for follow up issues. She cares and work with you to help guide your best outcome. I would definitely recommend seeing her for your foot issues.
Gina is a fantastic doctor who took my foot pain I have had for years away in just 3 visits! I refer her to everyone I know. She is also been listed as Portland Monthly Top Doctor for 3 yrs running.
All my visits since 2002 have been fantastic. I have recommended many who have come to be regulars. No better.
My recent experience with Dr Gina Bullock demonstrated that was not interested in working with me to resolve my health issues but rather push orthotics. I would have respected her if she refused me as a patient rather than waste 3 months - Oct through Dec where I went every 2 weeks and my health problems were not addressed at all.
Very caring and detailed doctor. Takes the time to listen as well as explain.
