Just switched doctors b/c of bad experiences with Dr. T's office. Over an hour wait every time I have had scheduled appointments (physicals and flu shot). Nurses do not fill out medical and insurance forms properly. I can never get in for a sick visit. Once I went to pick up an insurance form during business hours and no one was there, office was locked! Her call service said they should have been there. Very frequent turnover with nurses and PAs. Receptionist is unfriendly and not helpful.
