I am a 10 year patient of Dr. Tartaglia and her staff. I have ALWAYS felt that my medical needs have been more than met. With my chronic issues, it is important to me to have 24/7 access. That access has been tested a few times over the years with positive results. Dr. T. is a personable, invested, knowledgeable physician. Her staff is the same. She knows me and knows my family. She is pretty much my extended family’s personal physician.
Office staff is in several patient's opinion disorganized & unprofessional. Doctor also exhibits cavalier attitude towards patient comfort and tolerates well beyond acceptable long waits. Most visits are handled by R.A. Doctor was not often available. Very slow at delivering test results.
I'm definitely not coming here again! The whole office was disorganized. They have no idea what they're doing. It's truly embarrassing. I was sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours. Never again!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Tartaglia for more that 10 years. We have always received great care and treated well by everyone in the office. Laura, Anna, Fatima and all the rest of the office staff are wonderful and very helpful. We are always greeted with a smile and alway treated with respect. Recently we received a call from Dr. Tartaglia's office offering us appointments for the COVID-19 vaccine. I am not a patient of Dr Greco. But I have seen her posts on social media. If you are of any minority group, brown, black, Native American, lgbtq, please stay away from this practice for your safety. The word “savage” has been thrown around in addition to many other comments. I fear a potential minority patient who sees this physician will not be treated equitably.
Dr. T is the best very patient and understanding and knows her stuff big time I went to Dr. T when I lived in Yorktown for many years and I retired in florida but I still travel to N.Y. every other month and try to make it my business to go for a phycial once a year. THANKS DR.T AND STAFF.
Dr. T is caring, attentive and most important always has time for her patients.
I did have a wait, but I'm sure while she examined & questioned me, someone else was waiting. There was no rush, questions answered, felt as though I was the only patient in her care. Dr. Tartaglia was so pleasant, I was very comfortable with her, the staff, mostly the ladies at the desk are always very pleasant too. Everyone is so nice & always there if you have a worry about 'something' - ready to comply & help with any situation your not comfortable with. Extremely happy with all.
