Meet with. Dr. Lee for consultation and review of x-rays. He was gentle, explained each step of what he was examining and why. Also, I had a n outstanding hygienist, Clara was thorough and educational. Thank you. In a lot of words. I like them and believe I am in good hands and reasonably priced
I brought my 5 year old daughter here to get her tooth cleaned on November 19th and took her back November 20th for a cavity and a small root canal. For the tooth cleaning everything went very well for my daughter’s first time and her doctor was so patient with her. On the 20th however, when I first got in I was told the total cost of my daughters service and was also notified that if my daughter didn’t let herself get her teeth done I’d owe $80 regardless on if they preformed her service or not. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. Exam was very detailed and complete. Very pleased with the entire visit.
I cannot comprehend how she has so many five-star reviews. I have not seen Dr. Dorfman herself within the last five years I was her patient. It's comical to see reviews under her name for other dentists. She hires recent graduates from UCLA and USC, who aren't necessarily bad dentists, but they are not committed to their patients. Dr. Dorfman is a business woman, not a dentist.
I had huge phobia with doing dental work. Dr. Michelle listened to my concerns with compassion and empathy. I tell you I felt ZERO pain!! I now feel encouraged to continue with my dental work without any fear. Thank you doctor!! Also, the assistants there are amazing and very friendly. Especially Nikki. She was great! Thank you all!
