Great doctor with fantastic bedside manor however, the office. is a nightmare can’t get in touch with the doctor without going through a second rate inept call service calls go unanswered and not returned impossible to deal with very frustrating!!!
I find Dr. Greco to be one of the best physicians I’ve encountered in my 62 years. She is so smart, thorough, explains everything carefully and is great with follow up. I do wish the phone system and office staff were a bit easier to work with but overall I am happy to be a patient here!
My eye was inflamed,call to see the doctor.I was told ,we consider you a new patient,because you have not been here recently. We can see you in three weeks!!! Call urgent care.
Dr Greco is amazing but who ever answers the phone is not. Called for an emergency trying to get ahold of my doctor and instead of letting me talk with a different physician I was asked “can’t you go to like urgent care or something? She’s not here” so safe to say I’m never coming back to this office.
