I came to Gilmore Chiropractic with lower back pain waking me up at night and only feeling better when I exercised. It was stiff and â??locked upâ?? and I couldnâ??t get it to pop with my foam roller or inversion table anymore. Iâ??m three weeks into treatment and Dr Gilmore has popped it twice now and I was able to do once on my own yesterday.
