The owner just Assaulted me for pulling up and cleaning the garbage out of my car. I didn’t even use the vacuum and was going to buy a car wash. Scott swore at me along with putting his hand inside my window pointing and saying get the F out of here. I’ve never ever felt scared like that in my life and will never I mean never go there again. I also saw him yelling at another woman in her 40’s that was on a phone call and had already purchased a wash!
Prompt and courteous service!
I was in a pinch for a fast oil change on my way from La Crosse to Hastings. Thank you being open late on a Saturday and to Jordan for his excellent customer service and explanation of the various service packages that I could get. Couple that with the $20 synthetic oil Saturday discount and I have nothing but High Praise for the service and the fast turnaround time and the car wash. Eric did a very nice job today with the Ultimate wash/full service cleaning. It was very dirty with winter crud and dog hair and he did a great job making it look new again. Thank you Eric.

I have nothing but nice things to say about Gilmore Ave Car wash the staff there are so nice and welcoming and helpful when needed. I definitely give them 5 stars!
First time here and it was quick and done without pushing me to buy more stuff will for sure come again! It was just me and my 4 year old son!
Bait and switch. The owner has no respect for women. Wouldn't present an invoice upon request when paying bill. The bill ended up being FOUR AND A HALF TIMES MORE than the services requested. Shady at best. The owner also called my wife names, class act. People like this should not be in customer service.
