I have subscribed to the unlimited car wash for a year or so and twice now I have noticed the settings have been changed in a detrimental way to reduce the time it takes for each vehicle. Currently, the top wash has increased in price and the rinse dry cycles have been reduced to not rinse or dry the vehicle properly. I called to let him know the car wash was in need of service and he rudely mansplained to me about how he can change the settings however he wants...
RecommendedI recently went in for an oil change. I was about a mile and a half away from Gilmore Ave. when my car started acting funny. Seeing as i just got the oil changed, i called them back thinking it was something they forgot to do. Scott (owner) came over to where i was stalled right away and checked things over. Everything looked good on his end. Everything was done right. I have been coming to Scott for about 7 years now service is always outstanding!!! when I had trouble with my vehicle Scott went above and beyond for my kids and I. I would highly recommend Gilmore on any given day!!!
Was paying 40 a month for two cars on unlimited the car wash broke two of my wipers and he never fixed it or replaced them I don’t recommend car wash is junk doesn’t even wash the cars
The owner of this business is rude and provides the opposite of customer service. He has the worst attitude towards customers I have ever experienced. I have been a long time customer with a monthly wash package and regular oil changes but I literally would avoid going if the owner was working in the area I needed service in. I came in with my 2017 VW Passat R-Line to get a long overdue oil change. during the service the tech found that the previous changer had damaged the drain plug. The tech was competent and was able to remove the damaged drain plug and proceed. The crew was personal and professional. See you guys at my next service.
