RecommendedWe love living at the Gilmore for many reasons, one of which is that we can walk from our front door to the center of Overton Square just like that!
I could go on for days about how much I love The Gilmore. From the location, to the staff, to the beautiful architecture. Best place I’ve ever lived. Best maintenance staff you could ask for. Safe, affordable, and they are always going above and beyond. Love!

I have only lived here 2 months, and this is my happy place! Everyone is so nice, and they go out of their way to make me feel like I am part of the Gilmore Apartments family! To quote another tenant “2 months down, 25 years to go!”

Great place to live and they have really good staff that takes care of the building and just the best apartments I'VE ever lived in and really awesome location in mid town Memphis.

Absolutely loved living here, miss it everyday!!!!
I have lived here for about 3-4 months. I am very happy, it is so quite and can go all day without seeing anyone in the building. Someone moved into the apartment across from me and I never knew it. They have a great roof for get togethers. The staff is great as well.
