I walked into this clinic with my chihuahua in labor and having problems delivering. I ran in and explained what was happened and they immediately jumped into action. We unfortunately lost the 1st pup but successfully delivered her 2nd puppy via C-section! Bristol is now 6 weeks old! And we are in love!💙Highly recommended!

This staff is wonderful. Very caring and understanding. They have helped us tremendously with our baby Dexter. We found him when he was a few months old in 2011 he had a bad case of parvo. He stayed with them for a week they saved my baby, then a few years ago Dexter started to have seizures they helped in any way they could. We had to say goodbye to our baby a few weeks ago, and they still called to check on us. I will take all of my animals here forever because they truly care. Hands down greatest group of people. They genuinely care about animals and go above and beyond to make them comfortable.

Vets and techs are wonderful, wouldn't take my pets anywhere else, and the lady's at desk are the greatest
Today i had to put my rabbit down. I called around everywhere to see who can do it. I called gilmer and they asked the dr who said they can get me in. I told them id call back after i speak to my sister. I called back but it went to vm. I didnt leave a vm. Gilmer saw that i called and called me back. That is great customer service esp in this situation. I want to thank you for that conversation and asking the dr. To me that shows compassion and shows you truly care.
