We had to have two chimney liners replaced, exterior work on both, sealing, and cap replacing. The cost estimates were clear. We were grateful that the Gilmartin crew identified that the interior of the furnace chimney was degrading, which was missed in our previous inspection. This would have been a dangerous situation. Gilmartin Chimney and Vent did a phenomenal job with replacing my chimney and furnace liner. I called Gilmartin to sweep and inspect my chimney shortly after moving into my new home. Upon inspection, they noticed the interior of the chimney was significantly degraded, and recommended a replacement for the safety of my home and family.
