Brian, his wife and crew are exceptional! We decided to utilize them for our chimney from the previous owners and are ecstatic we made that decision. Brian and his wife are awesome. If you want someone who explains the issue, gives a fair price and shows up to complete the job on time, then choose Gilmartin Chimney and Vent. We had to have two chimney liners replaced, exterior work on both, sealing, and cap replacing. The cost estimates were clear. We were grateful that the Gilmartin crew identified that the interior of the furnace chimney was degrading, which was missed in our previous inspection. This would have been a dangerous situation. While they were completing our exterior work this summer, the crew was extremely careful of our gardens.
