Had a pretty poor experience with this company. To the owner's credit he did mention the manager who handled my project was released shortly after. However, I paid around $6k for a new heater, pump, and control panel for my spa. The work took roughly 6 months to complete, and another several months to get right as several issues continually occurred (the new control panel failed within a month, the heater leaked multiple times, drain covers were forgotten). 33 years. That's how long Gilman Pools has been servicing my pools, every single week, at my various homes over the years, as well as installing new equipment as and when I need or want it. I think that speaks for itself. Go Gilman.
Brady always goes above and beyond to help me with pool issues. Very appreciated.
We driving down 436 and was almost hit by an employee of this company. The employee then proceed to stick out his middle finger out his vehicle and slur out curse words towards me and my family. He then proceeded to follow my vehicle for about 1 mile tailgating the entire time with my 3 kids in the back making it extremely dangerous for my family.
