Small Store - Large Taste! This small store situated on 3rd street was a delightful treat after driving through Los Angeles. It offers a variety of ice cream sanwiches of your choice for only $1.50. Basically, it is a chocolate chip cookie bun with ice cream in the middle. Although I waited for longer than I expected, it was well worth it. Sometimes, the better way to go is to go where people are going.
Gill's Old Fashioned Ice Cream Gill's Old Fashioned Ice Cream is one of two located in the Los Angeles Farmers Market. Gill's also sells frozen yogurt, ice cream cakes, milk shakes in addition to their ice cream. Their ice creams are also pretty good but I don't think they are as good as the competition's ice creams at Bennett's.
