Love this dealership! Cory Seidell and Larry Ramirez were awesome. Great service , fair price and they make you feel like family. We went to several dealerships looking at different cars and Subaru had all the features and a great price. Combine that with the level of service and it’s a winning combination. Gillman does car buying right!

Two years ago I purchased my 1st Ascent through Gillman Subaru with Al Stevens and this month, I again, traveled up to San Antonio to purchase my 2nd Ascent with Al. I had every opportunity to travel the 45 minutes to Edinburg to get the exact same vehicle at the Bert Ogden Subaru but I wanted honesty, professionalism, and excellent service so it was worth the 4 hour trip to get all three. I purchased my Subaru a little over a year ago and love my car. I hadn't previously had any major issues but I took my car in for service today and was incredibly surprised and disappointed to see numerous staff not wearing masks properly (some didn't have one on at all, some had it completely off their face just underneath their chin). The customer service has always been great but the blatant disregard for safety and social distancing was surprising considering both are very easy to abide by.

service is slow everytime I take my car they take forever even for an oil change. I have bought 3 cars from here love the place but hate the service.
