Excellent service and courteous advisors.
This is the only place I will buy a vehicle only because Dana Laperle is working here. I will follow him because he takes care of his customers beyond just buying. I had an issue with a minivan Dana sold to me and he personally came over to service and helped me out. Dana is First Class service all the way.

I bought a used vehicle on July 5. The day I bought it I realized the drivers side lights were out. They called me NON STOP about bring the car back so they could fix some error with the inspection. I told them about the lights they came to my job and picked the car up and still DIDNT fix it. That’s not the worst part of this story but today the car I just got has a EPS LIGHT ON AND IS NOT DRIVABLE AT ALL. I’m so shocked and disappointed.i would never recommend them to anyone. Gillman Acura does not like to honor the online quotes. Blamed it on some computer issue🙄. Customer service is extremely lacking, I went to AutoNation Acura. I purchased the same vehicle new & at the price that Gillman claimed they couldn’t do. Don’t waste your time go to AutoNation Acura you won’t be disappointed.
