I have had the pleasure of working with Dr Gilliland and being a patient of his. He is an amazing OBGYN. I too, have been to Dr Lockett and couldn't get out of her office fast enough. I thought with her being a woman she could sympathize with the pain women had to deal with. She won't, doesn't and obvious can't. Dr Gilliland is so gentle with his exams and his staff is like family. I won't go to anyone else besides Dr Gilliland. I highly recommend any woman give Dr Gilliland a chance. I will never go to another other doctor that Gilliland. I went to Lockett and my experience was horrible with her, when I switched to Gilliland with my second child he was nice, kept me informed and took all of my concerns very seriously. I loved that he would sit and talk with me, and actually took time with me to answer all of my questions, even after I gave birth he returned to answer any more questions I would have.

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes

They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Does this OBGYN use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this OBGYN promptly notify you about any test results? Yes, they were fairly prompt Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.
