Experienced. Easy to work with. On time meetings! We saw about 7 homes all with the desired amenities that I desired. Was considerate of finances and always had a history of the location. Highly recommended and she has a team behind here as well when she is not available.

I would give my highest recommendation to Jillian Stewart Real Estate. Jillian was very pleasant to work with and always responded quickly to any of my concerns. Christine, as her office manager was available and happy to help when l needed her. Jillian's professionalism and expertise made an inherently stressful process easier for me.

Gillian was my broker for a home one CT. She was extremely attentive and responsive. She showed me numerous homes in CT and upstate NY and knew the local area well. I would recommend her for home buying in similar area.

Knowing her and her associates by reputation and from brief previous conversations, we never hesitated to contact her when we decided to sell. We expected excellent service and excellent advice - and we were treated to both. Everyone we dealt with in the office was professional, efficient, yet friendly and approachable. she owns this area (in a good way)!!! she has been in the area for a long timed really knows the nuances of the market. she is a lovely human being while at the same time running a smart savvy business. i have done 2 deals with her- and both were incredibly satisfying.

I wasted time with 3 other realtors when it was time to sell our family's property in Pawling. The other realtors told me what I wanted to hear - that we could get a price that turned out to be completely unrealistic. Gillian gave me the reality check and quickly sold the property. I am only sorry we did not use her services at the start, before the 2007-2009 recession. Gillian is responsive, very knowledgeable and a great coach and negotiator.
