Dr Lam is a horrible Dr! Stay clear of this so called Dr. Rude and disrespectful.. Do NOT take a referral for her.. I promise you will regret going to her!! UPDATE!! . I recently found out that my new neighbor was referred to and went to see this USLESS Dr. Her experience was exactly what I have been trying to warn people about. dr oliver was so indirect and incredibly dismissive. not even to mention right after my procedure she would not give any info to family (my mom) about what she actually did or found. one month after my procedure i had a follow up appointment. that was over a year ago. i have heard nothing from her since. not one explanation as to why i am not getting seen.
Dr. Oliver is absolutely amazing, I’ve always felt safe in her hands, she is thorough, I was supposed to get a test that would cost me money, but dr. Oliver told me to wait until it’s absolutely necessary. I’m sad to see that she’s now retired, hopefully the doctor she refers me too will treat me the same way that dr Oliver did
