At 29 days old, born 11 weeks premature, weighing under 5 pounds and with an active germinal matrix hemmorage my daughter was dsicharged from nicu and sent home into our care. We were not made aware she had an ative herminal matrix hemmorage nor did they say to schedule any followups for said hemmorage, she had followups for everything else.
