I had a really good experience today. She took her time but was thorough and quick. I felt heard and was satisfied with the treatment plan.
Dr Heinecke is SUPERB. 5+ Stars. Lydia in Scheduling is awesome too! However front desk staff and billing are clueless and do not want to do their jobs. SSM SLU Dermatology - ZERO STARS - can't get their act together billing the secondary insurance so they've turned my file over to collections despite I have provided the secondary insurance information at EVERY appointment and several follow up phone calls.
