Having a difficult time getting med refills in a timely and accurate fashion.
He is very kind and considerate. I asked him if he would pray with me before surgery and he did. I had both shoulders replaced, one in 2013 and one and 2014 by Dr. Gilliam and have had very rare pain or problems. I have almost complete range of motion. He's a fine man and a great surgeon, with a great PT man from Bulgaria!. The staff there often seemed unhappy, but helpful.
Scheduling appointments and actually getting your medication on time is a nightmare. The staff can't do their jobs and are condescending.
