Had my truck over 3 months to fix a freeze plug.finally got it back and they lost the keys and blamed the tow truck driver.they broke the ignition tumbler and never even fixed it.left another set of keys on the seat like I wouldn't notice.the truck ran hot on the way home and they never even put water in it,so how did they know they fixed the problem.used him before and was decent.if you have months to wait good luck

Bobby was the coolest, most genuine mechanic I've ever had. Left on a road trip from south Florida to Colorado and my Jeep had problems on the interstate. Basically had to go there to get work done and it was honest and reasonable. Definitely recommend this garage!

I was towed to Gillette's because my vehicle wouldn't start back and doing odd things. They spent 5 minutes looking at it said it was a loose distributor wire and charged a diagnostic fee. Hoped on the interstate couple miles down the road and made it about 2 miles and my vehicle over headed and it had not ever gotten hot before. They do not do quality work and do not take responsibility for their work. I would definitely not recommend. Shotty !!!

We broke down on the highway late at night, we figured the alternator failed. The next morning we called the Honda dealer and was quoted $900 to replace. After reading the reviews we decided to tow it to Bobby’s and have it fixed there. We are sure glad we did! He got us in right away, replaced the alternator and serpentine belt all for $530. Fair price, quality service. Very happy
