Everyone was very friendly. He explained and showed me how bad my brakes were. yes I will recommend them. i will go there when i need an oil change now. Awesome experience.
I've made several frustrating & failed attempts at 2 other places including the dealership over the last 6 months to get the hatchback on my car fixed. James at Gillette tire fixed it in under a day when the part came in, including some rewiring from the side door being previously replaced! Professional, friendly, communicative service from the whole staff! Local & family run business. I'll be back for any service needs & highly recommend them! thanks so much!

In this day and age, there a many complaints about various and sundry businesses who could care less about customer service, I want to let you know about this wonderful business. It is family run and they also do mechanical work on your vehicle. James and Tracey and the rest of their family. They are so honest and so caring about the customer. It is so refreshing.
