As a single 64 yo disabled female I ask several questions about the repair price, ball park. The lady didn’t know nothing but was SURE to mention the $195/hour price. I asked to talk to one of the techs. She went to the back, for 10 minutes and finally a tech comes out. My furnace in my 2002 Winnebago went out last winter. After having a blow-out and calling multiple places who couldn’t help us, we were welcomed and received the best treatment at Gillette RV. They replaced the hub and tire and greased all our bearings in less than 30 minutes to get us back on the road for our trip to Yellowstone. Thank you again.

Fantastic people to do business with. Helped me out while having major coach battery problems with stock Lead Acid Batteries in my 23 Bounder 35K.I am building a house and boondocking north of Gillette Wy. Helped me eithconverting to Vatrer Lithium batteries. They ordered the batteries and LiBIM converter and talked me through the rewiring process. Patiently I might add, since I was confused. These guys are amazing! I had a slide go bad on my motorhome and they ordered the part that day! Took a couple days to get it, but they repaired it in one business day and I was able to pick it up the next morning!! Very courteous and helpful!!
