Fantastic people to do business with. Helped me out while having major coach battery problems with stock Lead Acid Batteries in my 23 Bounder 35K.I am building a house and boondocking north of Gillette Wy. Helped me eithconverting to Vatrer Lithium batteries. They ordered the batteries and LiBIM converter and talked me through the rewiring process. Patiently I might add, since I was confused. These guys are amazing! I had a slide go bad on my motorhome and they ordered the part that day! Took a couple days to get it, but they repaired it in one business day and I was able to pick it up the next morning!! Very courteous and helpful!!
After getting an RV wash elsewhere while on a trip, we found that the circuit board of our furnace got flooded and the furnace was inoperative. This with temperatures down to 25F. Mike got us right in and fixed it up. He was very knowledgeable and congenial and Ashley the office person was very sweet also. Thanks for coming to our rescue, Mike.
