Terrible to work with first time I’ve ever been sent to collections. I paid what insurance told me to pay. There not accepting what insurance took care of and sent me to collections. I will not be visiting Campbell County Health unless I have no other option. Even the collection agency said I didn’t owe them after reviewing and after I sent pictures of the EOB. Guess what I still had to pay. These guys are crooks without a care for what the patients are suffering
Absolutely terrible! Do not use this company if you have an option! The billing is ridiculous. They have no idea what it is they are billing. They can't even keep track of the right total you owe. You will think you paid the balance off but then they will tac on another thirty dollars somewhere and send you a bill for that!!
Sad to say, the hospital supports these doctors and their way of treating Campbell county citizens. Boycott the hospital imaging and the hospital will lose even more business, in which, they might terminate the radiologists contract. If you do service at the hospital through this group you will run the risk of collections. It’s no joke, hundreds of people have been sent to collections for less than 15 dollars including myself.
These medical groups do not review anything at all like they were put in place to do so. Crazy how this is even a thing to pay these "groups" as they don't do a damn thing. Good luck dealing with the people you have to pay your bill to. Garbage b.s.
The billing for Gillette Medical Imaging is sent out to a third party company out of state, and they are terrible. The email on their website doesn't work, and I couldn't get anyone to answer my phone calls last month. They didn't get my billing taken care of the way it was supposed to be done. I was able to get on the phone with them today, and they kept giving excuses for not billing correctly and for not answering my phone calls.
