I honestly would not recommend Gillette. The staff are nice enough and I would not state poor conduct on their part for the most part a reason for this review. Some staff and Doctor interactions have left some to be desired but my main complaint is the quality of care. I don’t really have much faith in it anymore, I had a spine surgery there when I was 5 and in 2017 another surgery to repair complications from it. Alaina’s third surgery here, and the Drs. and staff are always great to her and to the family members. So good about explaining everything and giving her the ability to guide her own recovery when appropriate. By far the best hospital experience we’ve ever had, I’m glad we chose Gillette.
Gillette offers amazing care. My daughter has osteogenesis imperfecta, a condition causing her bones to break easily. We drive 2+ hours for most of her fractures because she receives such awesome care. Their casting techs are the best! Doctors are all so knowledgeable on this rare condition and their nurses are amazing. We highly recommend this hospital.
They take great care of you and your child. Make you very comfortable while you wait.
My son was born with a clubfoot deformity and the staff of the clubfoot clinic went above and beyond to make sure we knew what was going on and to make it the best experience possible. I am very grateful for all of the staff that helped us through our journey. :)
