I don't know how theyre still in business. I got charged for a diagnostic, which should have been done to begin with. They came back with my car saying "i don't know whats wrong but were going to charge you anyways" and bring your car back so we can waste more of your time and money. Don't go to them. They're inexperienced have little knowledge on BMWs and Benz. If you're dealing with them, make sure you work out a price IN WRITING BEFORE YOU HAND OVER YOUR KEYS!! Thieves and liars. I worked for the Gillespie's for a few years, back in 2003-2005. I must add, they were the most honest people ever and kind as well. Even when Claire was having a bad day, she was always smiling.
If you want to have your car damaged then this is the place to go. If you want the owner Steve Gillespie is behave completely unapologetically for his actions, to make excuses for the damage they have done to your car and ultimately be out thousands of dollars this is the place to go. In March 2015 we took our 2010 Subaru Outback in for a basic head gasket repair. After over a week of having the vehicle it was returned.
