Very positive. Once I decided to pull the trigger everything went quickly and smoothly. Sold in a week after it went on sale. Process can be complicated but they explained everything and answered any questions I had. So overall a very good experience.

We chose Gilles and Jessica after they sold our neighbors home above asking. They make a great team, each having their own skill set that compliments the other. Grilles and Jessica helped me sell my house in Fremont. They are very knowledgeable about the local East Bay market and also very responsive. They helped me prepare my house for sale by giving great input and arranging for professionals to stage, and photograph the place. Also they helped me with purchase of a new home. In both selling my home and buying another one, their negotiation skills were of great help. I recommend them greatly.

Knowledge of local market was a big factor. The entire process was made seamless due to the detail and expertise of Gilles and Jessica. I was kept informed at least once a day usually more often.
