Grilles and Jessica helped me sell my house in Fremont. They are very knowledgeable about the local East Bay market and also very responsive. They helped me prepare my house for sale by giving great input and arranging for professionals to stage, and photograph the place. Also they helped me with purchase of a new home. In both selling my home and buying another one, their negotiation skills were of great help. I recommend them greatly.

Knowledge of local market was a big factor. The entire process was made seamless due to the detail and expertise of Gilles and Jessica. I was kept informed at least once a day usually more often. It was great getting help from Gilles and Jessica. They were always available throughout the process of - looking at the listings, going for open houses and private viewings, putting offers, post acceptance formalities - getting inspections done, appraisal done and to the final signing date. Their presence made this lengthy process of buying home very enjoyable and easy to go through.
