Called today because my wife was having acute throat pain after a recent round of radiation for her lung cancer. Her oncologist wanted her to see a gastroenterologist asap They gave us an appointment at 3:15 today! My wife had been seeing Dr. Robert Lafsky for years, but when I called them today, the person who answered the phone simply said the next appointment is in November. He offered no other solutions. Was not impressed by the office staff, tried to retrieve information for a patient but was either sent straight to voicemail or given negative attitude by the staff.
Impossible to get an appointment even for an acute problem. Goes to the same person(probably an answering service). Appointments are three weeks away even to see a nurse practitioner. Obviously they don’t need patients.
i had colonoscopy procedure done today. Excellent job by all involved. Dr. Gill is awesome, highly competent, professional, and friendly. He has my deepest appreciation.
There is no way to reach the front desk via phone. My appointment got rescheduled 3 times so I made an appointment with a new facility. I am calling this office for 10 days now, to ask my health records to be sent to the new facility. Not able to talk to a live person and nobody has done anything about faxing my health records. Dr. Gill and Dr. Desta are great physicians. Seems admin staff are not as good
