I am extremely disappointed with the care my father received at Denture Plus in London, Ky. He was fitted for dentures that he ultimately could not eat with due to poor fit and discomfort. When he returned seeking adjustments or solutions, he was told they could not help because his insurance benefits had already been used. Beyond the clinical issue, the lack of compassion and professionalism was deeply concerning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The first visit (consultation) and X-Ray went well and I had no issues with these ladies. The next two visits were horrible the last visit left me in tears. I went straight and called my insurance company and let them know the issues I was having. I was able to change Dental offices thankfully.
