Very pleased with my service at Dentistry of the Carolinas Southpark, They are professional and informative about current status and discussion of recommendations for improvement in dental care.
The experience was was nothing short of incredible except for the paperwork! There were so many new patient forms to fill out it nearly took me 20 minutes. In this day in age, technology can solve these problems! Even though I will probably have no more paperwork with you guys, I am writing this for the next person's benefit. Use an iPad for in-person forms and give the option to fill out the forms online prior to the appointment to save everyone time!
Had 3 fillings filled (2 were pretty large) with little to no pain. Did have one little stoppage when the dentist had to attend to another patient but still fast. Also good price and they took my Met Life Insurance etc..
Everything went very well. Very professional job done. Met a new dentist. Very good. Love the new location. Much better location then the old one.
First time patient and the entire staff was efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
My children and I are all seen at this clinic, and we have always been treated well by the entire staff. If one of us is in pain, they see us almost immediately. Dr. Schuyler is super friendly (which helps when your nerves are worked up over having your teeth drilled), the hygienists always make conversation with you like you're one of the family, and the assistants always stop several times to ask you if you're okay during treatments. Thank sooo much for fitting me into your schedule. When I called I said I was having some pain and your staff waisted no time fitting me in and of course your care was excellent as always!
With two children, both under 10 years old, the staff at DOC is more amazing than one might expect. They are engaged with me, the parent, and they make my children feel equally as important. I would recommend DOC to anyone.
