The visit was quick, not much waiting when I first walked in to the ER except for the Waiting and test results. That took couple hours before Dr came in with them. Over all staff were very kind and attentive.
Dr. Simpson was personable as well as knowledgeable
I wanna start off by saying that I waited a long time only because a couple of ambulance came in at the same time, but it was worth the wait Starting from when I walked in to the Doctors, the nurses they were all amazing First time there, but I felt like they really wanted to know what was going on with me. They were very polite, funny professional I will continue to go to Loyola and I would recommended it to my family and friends .thank you
