I was referred to Nancy Giles by a real estate attorney. Our licensed general contractors allowed a subcontractor they didn't know very well to grind and seal our concrete floors. The sub claimed to have experience with grinding/sealing concrete but the results made it clear that he did not (see attached pictures).
