I had a bad experience with the service department at Giles.. My wife took her truck there to get an oil change a month ago. We noticed oil leaking from up under the truck, so we took it to Hixson Ford for a diagnostic. They told us the oil plug was not properly put back on, and that what was causing it to leak out, and referred me to take it back to Giles.. So we took it to Giles. Very fast with their work and efficient. Lashonda was GREAT! She made the whole process so easy and communication was great! 10/10 recommend.
I bought a car from the old M&M Hyundai and traded it in. I have tried and two left messages with the person in charge of gap insurance to see if I would get money back because of what I paid and the length of time I owned the car. I have not received a call back from those two phone calls. Because of that, it makes me believe there is not service after the sale. Clayton Smith was an excellent salesman! He took his time to show me many different Hyundai’s and allowed me to test drive everyone of them. He worked with me on everything and set up my blue link as well. I will definitely ask for him when I purchase another vehicle
