Omg terrible this was our first time coming to this place. And it was an absolute disaster. We bought a brand new truck from Hyundai. 2026 mind u we was going down the highway had a blowout. Got the roadside to put the donut on. Went to lake charles no service dept at their establishment. So we head to Alexandria la. And omg the initial meeting of the employee in the front was terrible she was rude from the jump. When u ask a simple question she goes off defending herself and disregarding the question. I did not get the gentleman's name but one of the sales consultants from here helped me and my father push someone's broken down car out the highway. He pulled over and hopped out of his vehicle to help us push!! I just bought a Hyundai Sonota from Walker a month ago but I know where I am gonna go when I want to trade it in!! Very kind people work here!!
Josh is amazing! Drove 3.5 hours from Belle Chasse yesterday to look at a car and left with an even better deal than expecting. I am more than happy with our purchase and their team! Everyone was very nice and more than patient with working with our budget and choices. I'm in love with my new Santa Fe. Thank you Giles Hyundai!!
