I bought both of my cars from Giles Nissan, my salesman Mr. Mike was & still is amazing!! Every time I see him, we still talk and he’s so nice. I’ve been going to express lube since I bought the car in 2019, the most recent oil change was in late December 2023. Never had a problem. Went for an oil change for my Titan. It only took 10 minutes or so. I appreciate the speed, but the guys got oil everywhere. Steering wheel, driver's door panel and outside handle, the hood release, and spillage in the engine bay all down the engine. I didn't pay 100 bucks to have to clean up your mess. Not cool bros. Will not be going back.

So I’ve been a Giles customer for a long time! Even after I bought a VW I still continued to come to Giles Express to get my oil changed. I’ve never had any problems until they hired this new 20 something year old blonde chick. She has been rude, turned me away without looking up my account.
